Cold winter weather can affect not only those who have a skin complexion-related problem but anybody out there who gets into contact with this kind of weather. The low temperatures, cold wind, and dry air make the water on the skin to evaporate more and as a result make your skin itchy, dry and even painfully cracked. This may make your skin to bleed or cause discomfort when you are with your friends. The eyes also may become very dry.
The senior and more elderly are most affected by the weather. This is because as one becomes older, the skin becomes thinner, more fragile and drier. Shingles and senile purpura are skin ailments known to affect the senior.
